We measure before we quote
Gas pressure, sensor resistance, cycle temperatures, drain flow. A number on a meter is worth more than an opinion, and it is what the quote is built on.

What we take on
Sealed-burner ranges and rangetops, dual-fuel combinations, built-in and free-standing refrigeration, single and double wall ovens, and panel-ready dishwashers. Ignition and gas-train work, defrost and sealed-system diagnosis, calibration, control boards, door and gasket work, drainage faults and leak tracing.
What we turn down
We do not quote a repair over the phone without seeing the machine — a guess that becomes a different number on the day is how people end up feeling cheated. We do not fit parts sourced elsewhere, because we cannot warranty them. And we will not talk you into replacing a unit that has a decade left in it, or into repairing one that does not.
How the pricing works
Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it. Parts are quoted against your model and serial number, and the repair itself is always given as a range until the machine has been measured — the exact figure is agreed with you in writing before a panel comes off. The work carries a twelve-month guarantee on parts and labour. Each service page sets out the bands that repair falls into.
